About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven, motivated Office Junior to join our high-performing team at the Motueka site during an upcoming time of exciting changes. If you love working with numbers, thrive on precision, and enjoy being part of a supportive and energetic environment, this fixed-term, part-time role (Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 8 am – 5 pm) could be your perfect next step.

As our Office Junior, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time—every time. Your day-to-day will include:

• Inputting timesheets and leave
• Assisting with the preparation and processing of weekly payroll
• Resolving payroll queries with clarity and professionalism
• Liaising with external agencies (IRD, WINZ, MASD, MOJ) and completing required formsPitching in with other administrative and payroll – related tasks as needed
  

What you’ll bring to the team

• Previous data entry office experience
• Solid MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Top notch attention to detail
• The ability to work independently, solve problems, and keep things moving
• Confidence in building relationships across all levels of the business
• A positive attitude and a team – first mindset, and a great sense of humour.
