As a Cold Store Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize product within the cold store.
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers ready for shipment.
• Consolidating product lines and managing stock to meet deadlines.
• Performing stock takes and allocating areas for specific product lines.
• Maintaining cold chain integrity and ensuring product quality during handling.
• Assisting with general cold store duties when required.
• Active participation in Talley's Group initiatives and training

Who are you?

You are a self-starter looking for a new adventure. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working hard and are honest, reliable, and willing to learn.

For this role, you’ll need:

• A current forklift license
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• An adaptable individual who can manage varying workloads.
• Good time management where interruptions and unexpected events are the norm.
• Warehouse/Inventory experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Physically fit
• Strong work ethic
• You should have good English and Mathematical skills, with attention to detail
