About the role

As a Commercial Painter, you'll be responsible for delivering professional finishes across a range of interior and exterior commercial projects. You'll work independently and alongside experienced team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

As a Commercial painter, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming as required
• Apply paints, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Complete projects within scheduled timeframes.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure work meets company standards.

For this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in commercial painting.
• Experience working with Equus, Carboline, Dulux, and Resene paint systems.
• Strong skills in Gib stopping and exterior plaster finishing.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required.
• Full New Zealand driver's licence.
