Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, physically fit and reliable individuals to join the Dayshift team at Talley's Havelock. Your hours of work are Sunday - Friday, 6am - 3pm. Your hourly rate will be $25.63. 

As a Grader/Cleaning Team member your tasks can include:

• Efficient and continuous supply of Green shell mussels to Blenheim, Motueka and PHR.
• Unloading/Loading of mussel product.
• Bagwashing to ensure they are correctly sanitized and folded tidily.
• Picking on the Grader.
• Responsible for the handling of chemicals in accordance with SOP/SWP.
• Forklift Operation.

For this role, you will need:

• The ability to work in continuous wet conditions and exposure to extreme weather
• Physically fit able to do repetitive activities
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work in team environment
• Forklift license (an advantage)
