We’re on the lookout for a reliable and personable individual to join our Gatehouse team at the Motueka plant on a casual, on-call basis. If you're someone who thrives in an independent role and enjoys a quieter, more solitary work environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Role Overview:
As a member of the Gatehouse team, you’ll play a key role in managing the security and access to the site, performing regular checks, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Access Management: Oversee the safe and secure entry and exit of personnel and visitors.
• Perimeter Checks: Conduct daily checks on unmanned buildings, assets, and products to ensure security.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, check sheets, and other gatehouse paperwork.
• Item Administration: Manage keys, padlocks, and company vehicles.
• Phone Support: Answer incoming calls during periods when the main office is closed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative when needed.
• Strong Communication Skills: Able to relate to others and provide a friendly, approachable presence. is a team player
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in your checks and paperwork, no matter how small. Clear handwriting
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Shift Details:

• Shifts will be on an on-call basis, covering Dayshift or nightshift 5:45am - 18:00pm 17:45pm - 06:00am
