Are you keen to get on board?

We’re looking for a Galley Assistant to become an essential part of our onboard team at sea. In this role, you’ll prepare breakfast for up to 42 crew members, support the Cook with meal preparation, and help keep the galley clean, organised, and running smoothly.  You'll spend 4–6 weeks at sea per trip, working each day while onboard. Our roster is one trip on, one trip off—and the best part? You'll be fully paid while enjoying your time off at home.

As a Galley's Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving breakfast for the crew
• Assisting the Cook with meal preparation and galley operations
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout communal areas
• Conducting stock takes and assisting with the ordering and management of supplies

For this role, you'll need:

• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• A genuine interest in food preparation and commitment to hygiene practices
  
• Previous experience as a kitchen hand, assistant cook, or in commercial cleaning 
• No criminal convictions
