About the role

An exciting opportunity within the Nelson site has become available for an individual who can manage and process the export and finance documentation for our global sales. This is busy and fast-paced role with a range of responsibilities. As an Export and Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and processing export documentation
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Manage and process international trade transactions
• Working alongside the sales team and customers
• Liaising with external agencies including NZ Customs, MPI, Chamber of Commerce, shipping agencies, and banks

For this role, you'll need:

• Proven administration experience
• Excellent numeracy and data accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly
• To be a team player
