About the role

We are seeking experienced fish filleters and knife hands with precision knife skills to join our team

As a filleter/knife hand, you will be responsible for:

• Filleting and trimming of seafood efficiently to meet product quality and yield standards.
• The handling and processing of seafood to maintain freshness and presentation
• Keeping your work area and knives clean
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
• Work as part of the processing team to maintain an efficient workflow.

For this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in filleting or precision knife work
• High attention to detail
• Work well in a team
• Great attendance
• Good understanding of English
