About the role

We are looking for a D365 F&O (Finance & Operations) Application Support person to join the team at our Motueka site. You will be responsible for: the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of D365 F&O. This role acts as a key liaison between business users and external support partners (e.g. Datacom), ensuring the system is secure, reliable, well-understood, and continually delivering value to the business

As D365 F&O Support your tasks will include:

  • Provide functional support for D365 F&O across all modules
  • Manage user administration including, User setup and security roles, and license assignment and admin
  • Deliver user training and refresher sessions, and create guides and processes
  • Assist with D365 F&O wave updates
  • Identify, log and diagnose system bugs and functional issues
  • Understand and support integration between D365 F&O and other business systems

 

For this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong understanding of user security, licencing and workflow administration
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Basic accounting knowledge (e.g. general ledger, AP/AR, pricing, cost structures)
  • Experience supporting Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations
  • Previous experience in an application support, systems analyst, or ERP support role
  • Ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and work through resolutions
  • Adaptable and open to change
