About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Casual Guardhouse Personnel. 

This is a casual position, so flexibility with work hours is essential. Your rate will be $26.00 per hour.

As the Guardhouse Personnel, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and controlling entry and exit points
• Maintaining accurate visitor and vehicle movements electronically
• Respond to security incidents and escalate as required
• Provide excellent customer service to all site visitors and employees
• Site checks

For this role, you'll need:

• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and remain alert
• Previous security or guardhouse experience
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, public holidays, dayshift and nightshift
